Geneva, Switzerland: Audi introduces A3 Concept

in Audi

In early March, 2011, Audi will be introducing the technologically advanced A3, four-seater notchback sedan, at the  81st International Geneva Motor Show.  The concept of this model is based on the future generation of Audi A3.  This development of the A3 family clearly shows that the A3 family is expanding.

Features of the new Audi A3 Concept:
•    Sport but elegant design.
•    The single-frame grille, narrow upper corners and headlights  are integrated well with the newest LED technology.
•    One of the distinct features is its low, flowing roof dome.
•    Another distinct feature is the low C pillar on the side view.
•    It is 4.44 meters long or 14.57 feet long.
•    6.04 feet wide or 1.84 meters wide
•    4.56 feet high or 1.39 meters high
•    It has a five cylinder turbocharged engine with a power output of 300kW or 408 hp.

This power is equally distributed to all four wheels using a seven speed S tronic transmission as well as a permanent all-wheel drive.
The proportions of the car’s appearance highlight its dynamism, as well as the drive unit’s performance figures.
