The AMG E63 looks magnificent! The most striking feature is the AMG 19-inch 5 twin-spoke alloy wheels.

Some of these optional packages include: red brake calipers, AMG door sills (which provide white illumination for the driver and the passenger), an AMG interior and exterior carbon package, and a rear seat entertainment system.

Last year, Mercedes-Benz launched the E63 AMG sedan, and it was met with great success. This 2010, Mercedes-Benz will launch the Estate, which is another E-Class variant. In April or May, Mercedes-Benz might launch the R-Class SUV, which is a luxury off-road vehicle with a roofline that is similar to a coupe.

Lastly, in August, the SLS AMG is scheduled to arrive. It is supposed to be the biggest status symbol for 2010. It is a coupe with gull wing doors, guesstimated to cost around $600,000.

Mercedes-Benz C-Class Sedan Avantgarde

The Mercedes-Benz C-class Sedan has sporty, dynamic contours. Its front end is a complete unit with twin headlamps, an integrated grille and bumpers. The back end is short, with integrated bumpers the same color as the vehicle.

Once again, Mercedes-Benz has raised the bar for automotive safety in the commercial van segment. Its popular van, the Mercedes-Benz Vito is the first to receive the highest 5-star safety rating for a light commercial van from the Australasian New Car Assessment Program (ANCAP).
The announcement came after the Vito passed a series of strict testing and assessment protocols set by ANCAP, including frontal-offset, side-offset and the pole crash tests. Aside from the Vito, the Mercedes-Benz high-end Viano van also obtained a 5-star rating for the ANCAPís pole crash test.

Standard safety features

About ANCAP

ANCAP crash tests
ANCAP came up with the rating after subjecting the Mercedes-Benz vans to four internationally recognized crash tests, namely, the offset-frontal, side-impact, pedestrian and pole impact tests. The crash tests took place in independent specialist crash test laboratories using crash test dummies. The vans were given individual scores for various parts of the crash test, as well as bonus points for other safety features like the built-in mechanisms that remind occupants to fasten their seatbelts.

Vito 5-Star rating
The Vito and Viano both obtained a total score of 32.66 out of a possible 37, which translates to an over-all top-level 5-star rating under ANCAP guidelines. Mercedes-Benz obtained high scores as well because of its standard curtain airbags and electronic stability control (EPS).

While most car manufacturers only aim to provide car safety in its passenger vehicles, the safety features of the Vito and Viano vans signify increased workplace safety as well to many thousands of van drivers in Australia.

Mercedes-Benz currently sells two van models in Australia, the Vito and the Sprinter (the Mercedes-Benz Vito is the compact van while the Viano is the top-of-the-line luxury version of the Vito).

Mercedes Benz Cars’ high-performance Mercedes AMG line has built a limited edition of its highly successful C 63 compact sports car to be exclusively released in Australia. The special edition is an enhanced version of the C 63 AMG which made its debut last year in the Bathurst motor racing circuit.

The Australian market’s enthusiastic response drove local sales of the Mercedes C 63 beyond expectations.

In response to the unprecedented demand for the C 63 AMG, its makers decided to release a very limited number of the Mercedes C 63 AMG units exclusively for Australians: the Mercedes C63 AMG Edition 63.

Powertrain
Edition 63 is powered by the award-winning 6.3-litre V8 engine with an output of 336kW and a maximum torque of 600 Nm. It accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds.  Power is transmitted by a seven-speed AMG Speedshift 7G-TRONIC gearbox.
Handling
